We build local capacity to help developing countries ultimately care for their own disabled persons without outside assistance. We emphasize:

• Training of local medical personnel and technicians in developing countries
• Technology transfer of modern physical rehabilitation designs and tools
• Locally-available materials and labor for manufacturing prosthetic and orthotic components

Prosthetics Outreach Foundation:

• Focuses on rural areas to help those most in need. We reach outlying communities through mobile outreach teams.
• Utllizes strategic partnerships to implement our programs.
• Endorses the code of conduct for humanitarian assistance developed by USISPO.
