Prosthetics Outreach Foundation (POF) is pleased to announce the support of A Call To Love Foundation (ACTLF) to help amputees in Vietnam and Haiti walk again. ACTLF is a Seattle based organization seeking to contribute to humanitarian development projects in Vietnam in prosthetics and other medical fields, education, and orphan care.
POF received a total of $28,500 from ACTLF thanks to generous donations from within the greater Seattle Vietnamese-American community at a recent fundraising event.
Of this amount, $25,000 will support the provision of prosthetic care to amputees in Vietnam. A further $3,500 is dedicated to helping amputees in Haiti regain mobility and independence after the devastating recent earthquake.
POF greatly appreciates the support of ACTLF and looks forward to our continued cooperation.
